The 90% Club 10/15/2026
Wherefore thou art great, O Lord God: for there is none like thee, neither is there any God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears.
Forests for Oregon is offering to any Precinct Person a 90% medal for getting 90% of the Repubs in their precinct to vote. Not sure what it will look like, other than it will have 90% on it and will let everyone know you belong to a very exclusive club of Repubs who met a goal which is very hard to achieve.
Your precinct will have to be over 1000 voters anywhere in the state of Oregon. We are thinking it would be made of 99.99% pure brass or something equally distintive. It will be an acknowledgement for the obvious work which goes through chasing those ballots and knocking doors.
Speaking of knocking doors, Walter Drysdale and I went back out for an hour knocking doors locally and had very good success. Walt did especially well, convincing an independent to vote for Drazan and another guy to put signs up in his yard and did not limit him to how many. Put as many as you want up.
While everyone else were attending the thousandth meeting this year and darning socks for the election Walter was getting votes and a couple of great sign locations in the local neighborhood. If everyone who attended a meeting this week to talk about the election and how much there needs to be a new Governor would get a hundred votes she would be replaced. It seems the last thing any Repub wants to do is the most effective way to get votes.
Most people are afraid of knocking doors since it is so humbling to knock someone’s door and axe for a vote. Most people do not like asking for votes and I include myself in that group although I am getting better. The more practice you get the better you become which means you have to actually go out and do it.
The ballots have been mailed, and people will start getting them today. You could tell people are more tuned into the election and will become more and more. They are really appreciating getting the cheat sheets and people going to the trouble of knocking doors. We have not seen any Dims out yet but quite a few signs for local offices although none for the bigger ones and especially Kotax.
There is a great opportunity and with the help and courage of people working their precincts Christine will win this election. Kotax is obviously having trouble getting over 45% and has nowhere to build on the votes she has. She is not attractive politically and all of her agencies are giant failures. Checking the homosexual box will not be enough with her high taxes and disastrous governing.
People out there simply need to hear a friendly voice tell them it is ok to vote against the Dim, and many will agree to do just that. Quit throwing bricks at the TV and get a hundred of your neighbors to get their ballots in to turn this state Red. Who knows, you may like it and get yourself a nice medal for your work.
