The ONE Day Walkout 2/20/2026

Never underestimate the cowardice of the Oregon Republican Politicians. The Sinators made it one whole day in their bold walkout. Perhaps they got what they were looking for or perhaps they collapsed like a tent in a tornado? Who knows but they had enough to have a quorum on Thursday with the agreement they would not vote to stab 250,000 Oregonians in the back until later.

They have the perfect argument, which is you are giving all the people who signed the petition a voice. It is not the signees fault the state is filled with graft and corruption in the Transportation Department and Metro. It is the fault of the corrupt leadership of Comrade Kotax and her union cronies so why are the Repubs throwing their voters under the bus?

There are good reasons for having the vote in either date since it would be the perfect chance to have a practice run and organization in May, but having 250,000 turning out in November has to terrify the Communists. The Repubs can simply say they walked out in support of the taxpayers who do not have a voice in Salem who cannot afford more outrageous taxes and fees while getting nothing back.

The state has wasted their money on Light Rail boondoggles while worshiping the cult of Global Warming which more and more scientists are admitting does not exist. In 2000 these scientists predicted there would not be any snow in the Cascades or Sierras and there is a record snowfall in Southern California Mammoth mountains and 9 killed in an avalanche in Tahoe. Does that sound like no snow in the Sierras?

There needs to be a serious debate of this issue in Salem since this is the biggest excuse they have for wasting money on Climate Change boondoggles leading to extreme taxes and regulations. Climate Change is the primary reason the state forests are closed as well as an excuse to waste massive amounts of money on wasteful transportation projects. It is the excuse to stop all efficient road projects including the bridge across the Columbia by requiring Light Rail.

The bridge is so bad they want to put Choo Choos on it but they cannot climb the grade necessary to make it the proper height for ships to go under. They are so enslaved with the Global Warming Cult they have to double the price of the bridge and make it completely ineffective to shipping on the Columbia. The antique bridge they have now is far more practical then the disaster Teeny Kotax wants to build.

Oregon taxpayers cannot afford the design Metro has proposed since like everything communists touch it is costs twice as much for half the value. The only thing it is made for is an idol to their earth worship since they are all cult fanatics. It is a giant idol to their pagan gods.

This is at the heart of why the state has overblown its Transportation budget and as always has to squeeze more blood out of their turnips. Their cult has bled Oregonians dry but it is not enough for those pols who need a virtue signal high for their Climate Priests in Academia and the Sierra Club.

Climate Change is the ultimate weapon against the American people since you simply have to say it is settled science and everyone bows at your feet and puts a boot on your throat. It is not settled science and becoming less settled every day. More and more studies are exposing this fraud around the world.

This is the perfect chance for Repubs to be heard about this subject and especially in the Senate. Put it on the record since science is really turning against it. Trump has exposed it to the point of making it a laughingstock around the world. It is time to point out why Oregon pays more for gas, food, and energy due to Climate Change waste and fraud. They have a chance to turn the tables on the Marble Madhouse.
