The Endless War 9/15/2026

There is nearly a one-to-one ratio between Presidential likeability and gas prices since it is the one thing the average person knows about economics. If it costs them more than $50 to fill their tank, they are upset and if it is $30, they are happy. It only makes sense since it is the easiest to see and track and has such a direct affect although not like people sacrificing in WWII with food rations and tens of thousands of deaths.
The mediots and their Party is tying it to the Iran war/blockade but there are far bigger problems affecting the prices than the price of oil. The closing of the two refineries in California as well as Gasbag Newsome shutting down drilling off its shore as well as Bakersfield oilfields is hurting America’s production and $8/gal diesel in Los Angeles is not going to change his mind. He thinks he can convince Californians that high priced gas is for their own good and a large percentage agree.
These refineries should be running full speed with cheap high-quality California oil to bring their prices down in the $4-5 range, but they would rather worship Gaia than feed their families. They have made it impossible to drive trucks in the state due to their CO2 laws, so everything is more expensive and especially food produced in that state since producing and transporting food is excessively high. This does not even count the water restrictions which drives food prices to the moon. Ain’t the Democrat Socialist Party wonderful.
President Trump has done everything he can to increase production by eliminating all of Biden’s drilling restrictions in the Gulf, Alaska, and Federal lands for fracking. The scrapping the XL pipeline would be bringing a good percentage of Iranian production, but American Socialists hate oil, so he cancelled it and Canada diverted it to China. Trump is restarting that pipeline but does not help today.
It is the same old story Dims cause the problems and then run on fixing the problems they caused with solutions which will make the problems worse. Gasbag claimed to solve the gas and oil problem by shutting down oil and refining production to supposedly worship the Earth by stopping the earth changing worldwide temperature by making CO2 a villain gas. If the earth was getting warmer why has West Coast summers become shorter and cooler? It sits on the edge of the largest ocean on the planet which should be a very large sample of the earth’s temperature, and it is not suffering.
To make matters worse Blue States like CA have outlawed gas cars, Natural Gas stoves and heat, and gas, coal, and nuclear power plants and are supposed to power cars with windmills and solar panels. They have eliminated drilling for oil, mining coal, refining oil and when gas prices goes up it is Trump’s fault for blockading Iran.
Iran should have been taken care of ten to twenty years ago, but every President was terrified to go to war with them. They rightly saw a war like Iraq only twice as hard from them being the most powerful army in the Middle East and having another ten-year war ending in stalemate. They did not consider an air war with a blockade which would have no troops or citizen casualties, which are total is only 13 at the start and those manning stations outside the country. It is actually a brilliant method of defeating them although it takes time which plays into the Old Media narrative of endless wars.
This blockade is just like the rest of Trump’s long term oil production. When Venezuela and Iran are producing their capabilities as well as the finished pipelines and a large refinery being built in Texas there will be plenty of production for America and the world but does not help today.
President Trump could have sat back and let Iran continue to terrorize the world while perhaps making a bomb and already had a rocket that could fly 3500 miles they could deliver to Europe and eventually America. Gas would stay low and he would be the hero until they successfully hit a major city and would be blamed for not stopping them. He chose stopping them and has done a stellar job except it is costing Americans higher priced gas which is a relatively small sacrifice considering the risks of letting them alone.
President Trump had no real good choices and took the best one and hoped they would be rational for once and was wrong. Most Americans understand this and especially conservatives who know Iran was the center of terrorism and is now a toothless lion thanks to Trump. Keep your backbone, President.
