Sell Your Land and Lower Gas Tax Oregon

What if everything the Oregon Republican Party knows about politics is wrong. What if they would stop trying to be Communist Lite and decided the state was more conservative than the Dinosaur Press paints it as? What if they threw away their old formulas that have failed for the last forty years and actually tried something brand new?

The Oregon Republican congress has to decide whether to attend the special session for raising taxes on everything that moves for people trying to hold onto their homes. The Repubs need to throw down the gauntlet if they are smart and say we will meet if you lower gas taxes by fifty cents a gallon and begin selling the land Oregon is holding onto for young people to buy. This will end the special session discussion immediately and spark the discussion Repubs will win the midterms with.

There is no reason to negotiate with these Democrazies in Oregon from a position of weakness when you can take the high ground for hurting Oregonians. It is time to throw down on these insaniacs and do what Trump is doing for Americans.

The Repubs have already won the gas tax war which would have destroyed the state and now is the time to turn this war around on them and use the wind Trump is generating. Oregon should have the best economy in the country with its unlimited resources from border to border. Lowering gas taxes will begin to stimulate the economy, especially for transportation-based industries which includes everything Oregonians buy to survive.

Selling the land would generate revenue both in the short term and would be a taxable asset down the road as people begin developing it into homes and businesses. There are around ten thousand square miles which are costing the state around a billion dollars per year in maintenance and forest fire fighting that would begin coming to an end as people began managing their land.

This is an easy battle to win as you can start it by saying there needs to be new studies to prove there actually is manmade climate change which there is not. Any study needs to stand up to skeptics who can shoot holes in their wild assumptions which are completely biased to the Worldwide Communist Party agenda. Once you take the club of Manmade Weather Change there arguments for boondoggles fall apart and they are left with trying to virtue signal to fellow believers.

The next fraud Repubs need to expose is the Spotted Owl fraud. The Spotted Owl was never being endangered by loggers but by the Barred Owl which hunts it for food and territory. There needs to be a complete investigation of how that study came to be and why they are still promoting fraud on the Oregon citizens.

Exposing this fraud would begin the proper management of the forests by the lumber industry and generate more tax dollars than all of their confiscatory tax plans combined. The reason Oregon never had a sales tax is the resources generated more than enough revenue, making it one of the lowest taxed states in the country. Timber revenues paid for schools, roads, universities, infrastructure with money left over. The Democrat Communist Party stole the state through fraud-by-mail and turned it into one of the highest taxed states in the union.

These two issues, knocking 50 cents a gallon from gas and selling the Oregon lands would generate billions of dollars now and into the future. There would soon be an end to the billion lost in forest management and wildfire control which would be a plus to the taxpayer and the forests. Plenty of studies have shown Spotted Owls grow just fine in replanted forests so their numbers may even increase as well depending on whether it can survive the Barred Owl.

These are extremely popular issues for average Oregonians and will become more popular as it is explained who and what will benefit froe them. Driving by a gas station under $3/gal will make you popular with everyone who drives and cheap land will lock in votes for young people and those looking to buy their first home. They may have some weak fear arguments but it won’t take long for people to understand what is trying to be done for their benefit and there will be a migration to the Republican side.

Political managers have one motto: Win or lose as long as the checks cash. They are never going to take a risk since they never want to be blamed for losing the election. They can always just say we did what we always did and it just didn’t work out. This is exactly the problem and why you have lost for forty years. Try something new since you have nothing not lose anyway and you just might win.

Oregon is looking for leaders and there are none now. This will put you out in front of the pack and people will notice. It is a great way to not have to attend the special session and you can either sit on your victory at the end of the session or better yet have the biggest victory in forty years if they take you up with these political winners. What if everything you know about politics is wrong? What if doing the opposite of what your managers say is the way to win?
