Stop the Gas Tax Bill 2/26/2026

Why are the Dims still pushing the Kotax Gas Tax bill if it is past the drop-dead date? Everyone was told if it goes past Wednesday 2.25.26 it cannot make the May ballot yet they are looking to pass it by Monday which raises a giant red flag. If it is technically dead why are they still wanting to get it to Tiny Kotax’ desk for signature?

There are a few sure things like the sun coming up in the east and Communists cheat and you can count on both of them with the Diehl bill. If Ed wants to increase his chances of becoming Governor he needs to make sure the bill gets to November with his name on the ballot. This will start him with 250,000 votes and volunteers wanting to get the bill passed.

The Repubs have done a great job of holding the bill up and apparently the Dims are not as organized as they usually are and having some infighting with Tiny Kotax. They have a super-majority and are still not able to get this monstrosity through the House. It would have been better if the Sinate would have stopped it and it sounds like one of the spineless Sinators would not walk out since if you don’t have all you don’t have any and there was one or two who stopped it.

When you have not won in a decade or two losing becomes a habit. This is the best chance of turning Oregon there has been in forty years. People are tired of Portland burning to protect illegal immigrants and virtue signal against ICE. They are tired of having the filthiest city on the West Coast when it used to be the cleanest. They are tired of calling boys girls and girls boys when everyone knows it is nonsense.

They are mostly tired of being taxed out of their homes while the Dims cry about affordability. The Communist Party has brought higher gas prices, food prices, rent prices, tax prices, and they want to blame Repubs for Oregonians not being able to afford food and housing.

Oregon is paying more than Red states for everything and especially taxes. Oregon is a failed state and a failed Communist model. It has bankrupted itself chasing expanded welfare and gives full benefits to illegal immigrants in the hundreds of thousands as a Sanctuary paradise. It has bought every Green Energy boondoggle they have heard about and looking for more.

The state and forty years of Communist Party rule has made it an economic disaster. There is no lumber industry thanks to the Dims. Intel has decided not to expand thanks to the Dims. Even Dutch Bros has moved from Medford where they began thanks to the Dims and Nike has moved their HQ out of state to avoid excessive taxes. Any business gets a ten to twenty percent income increase by moving out of the state and are just doing it.

The Dimocrat purists do not want to dirty their hands by properly managing and harvesting Oregon’s vast natural resources but are fine bringing shoes made by Asian slaves. These people would rather exploit Asians than use the God given resources which grows or exists in this state.

It is time to throw the sink at the Ed Diehl bill and get that first win against some difficult forces. This win can lead to others which can start the dominoes falling. The fields are ready and the harvest is now. Stop this bill and give those Oregonians a voice.
