Opposition Letter 3/12/2026

I am writing in opposition to ballot measure 120 which is the more tax bill. Oregonians cannot afford the cost of gas, transportation, food, and housing already and do not need more taxes on top.

Please vote no to have Governor Kotax rethink this bill and trim waste in the Department of Transportation. She used every trick in the book to go againsst the will of the people and now has forced it on the May election to avoid people voting against her in November.

It increases Renewal Fees, Gas, and Purchases on new cars. It even taxes electric cars for miles used. This is a tax Oregonians cannot afford.
