But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Forests 4 Oregon is happy to announce we are endorsing Ed Diehl for Governor nominee. It is based on his willingness to stick his neck out and be the head petitioner for the No Gas Tax petition. This was the biggest victory for the people of Oregon in the last twenty years or more. It took a very bold and creative network of petitioners throughout the state to make this happen and completely changed the political landscape of Tiny Kotax and Oregon.

Any of these candidates can and will win the Governorship since the state is ready to change it is just Ed has a built-in base which is eager to help push him over the finish line. There is a hunger for new ideas with a populist message and listening to Ed Diehl at the debate you heard not only a populist message loud and clear, but he encompassed the Forests4Oregon message of proper management of our resources completely.

All four of the candidates discussed the complete mismanagement of the forests and resources although he seemed to have more of a personal familiar relationship with the forests and the land. He was also the only one who brought up the trillion-dollar lithium find in Southeastern Oregon which has been fast tracked by the Trump administration. These are the most important issues to Forests 4 Oregon, the reclamation of the forests and harvesting of Oregon’s abundant resources.

Listening to Ed you get the feeling he did not plan on running for Governor until he saw the success he unexpectantly had with the petition. He comes across as a reluctant servant rather than the usual ambitious politician you see primarily on the Dim side. He comes off as a person who was asked or begged to undertake this path just like he did with the petition.

Even though he may be a reluctant candidate he has had plenty of experience in the private world which like Trump would have plenty of real-world expertise in engineering projects. He is an engineer from Stanford, but he has built two companies in engineering which will be extremely beneficial to Oregon as he opens the forests and mining resources.

No matter who wins the primary they will be joined at the hip with Donald Trump. We recommend, rather than running from the labels they find 3-4 things most people agree with and tell the press and Kotax you agree with those things too. Once you make hay out of their attacks and end up wearing them they will back off knowing they are building their own coffin.

Forests4Oregon is happy to endorse Ed who is short on money but long on populist workers. He has a large army of activist PCPs and politically minded Oregonians which will cover far more ground than running radio adds and digital cliches. This election will be won door to door on the ground just like his No Tax petition was as the state goes back to the Old School GOTV methods.

It is time to get behind candidates willing to take a risk and give average Oregonians a voice and that is exactly what Ed Diehl did. Now it is time to give Ed Diehl a voice in the Governor’s chair. Let Ed paint Oregon Red.

Pray for Oregon
