Dana Hindman Allen is a very engaging personality whose passion is politics and especially voter integrity laws. She is running for State House Seat 51 in Clackamas and Marion counties. She was cheated out of the county commissioner seat in Clackamas from obvious voter fraud and sued and took the case to the US Supreme Court where it was conferenced but not heard.

Her main issues are Voter Fraud in Oregon, Forest management and the terrible business environment. She is well versed on all of the issues, however, like most politicians in the state has not been well versed in the lies and deception surrounding the forest agencies which hopefully Forests4Oregon can assist them on.

Her passion is voter fraud and how it destroys the integrity of the nation’s trust in the election process. She spoke of the last election which cost the state DeRemer’s seat taking weeks to call with multiple cases of voter fraud and when brought up in the courts and Attorney General was basically laughed at.

She told of one candidate who was up at 2AM and watched her vote totals lowered multiple times by thousands of votes in real time in front of her eyes. When she confronted the AG, they would not listen to her and basically said tough toenails.

She and other candidates examined some of the ballots and could not read the barcodes and saw they uploaded fake numbers which got mixed into the count. They asked for a recount and was refused even though they were within their rights and the county refused to which is what their lawsuit was about, a simple recount to verify the vote totals and the state officials arrogantly said no.

At one point one of the judges ruled: “Mere fraud does not invalidate a vote with Garden Variety Irregularities the due process of the system even if it changes the results.”

She never explained what Garden Variety Irregularities are or if extreme irregularities would matter, just that she was fine with regular ballot box stuffing was fine even if it changed the results of the election. Guess the candidates have to find out what those thresholds are and cheat like crazy.

Being a realtor and having a wide circle of business friends, she was very knowledgeable with the poor business climate in the state. She personally knew businesses who were leaving or left the state. Her solutions were stopping the hidden sales tax the businesses have to pay on gross receipts called the Cap Tax which trickles down to household goods and services as hidden taxes for average and low incomers.

She also wants to freeze property taxes at 65 so retired people are not forced out of their homes over taxes. Eliminating the death tax and the numerous taxes Oregonians and businesses face which makes the state unaffordable.

She has a forest fire prevention solution which would be a works program to thin the forests from their overgrowth. It would be funded by selling wood and mulch for yards and gardens. It was not completely thought out and was extremely interested in our programs of selling and homesteading the land for usage by the people. It was not her strongest issue, which is not surprising since it has been long neglected by politicians other than tax revenues and the inability to fight the Sierra Club lobbies which are formidable in Oregon.

Overall, it was a very interesting interview with someone who is very knowledgeable on some of the most important issues in Oregon. They all lead to the same corruption and abuse as she was a direct victim of their fraudulent voter system, she is one of the most well-spoken people on the subject and would be a valuable asset if she were to win her seat. Dana is a very articulate and smart woman for House Seat 51.
