My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

What you are looking at is the Forests for Oregon Bear Claw Acres to make homes affordable for first home buyers and veterans as well as first responders. This is an affordable way to get young people into a piece of land for their families while taking burdensome land off the state lands. Forests for Oregon is in the process of virtually developing this town so people can visualize what this can do for young people and the land.

This land is 13,000 acres or twenty square miles by Detroit Lake which the big forest fire went through there five years ago. It has not been managed properly in decades and like all the Oregon land is unmanaged and locked up to any development due to the Sierra Club dictates. They claim if they were to let people manage it properly the earth would burn up and the striped mosquito would face extinction.

This is an opportunity for young families to homestead a piece of property of five to ten acres and grow their own crops or livestock to help feed their families. It would have an old-world rural feel where young men could get their hands dirty and build a home they could put on the property within five to eight years in a self-contained lifestyle.

Depending on the size of the home you should be able to build it or have it built for around $200,000 rather than the 5-700,000 you are talking about today. The land would be free and you would drill a well, install a septic system and a generator which may get retrofitted with power, but with the way home generators are now you could actually run it off propane, diesel, or Natural Gas if you can get it piped in. The Cascade aquifer is three times what they said it was so there is unlimited water available for people and crops

This land is at the base of the Cascades so it would have a vacation feel to it so you could raise horses and do horseback rides up into the hills or hiking, fishing, or hunting out your back door. It would cater to self sufficient people who love the country outdoor life rather than the city insanity kids are dealing with today.

This was supposed to be done a hundred years ago when the West was being pioneered and you would homestead 640 acres for seven years. This brought families from the East and settled in Willamette Valley since it was the only land feasible for growing crops easy enough to feed families. They stopped outside of the valley due to the lack of water and the abundance of forests for the lumber industry.

Once the Civil War hit the homesteading of Oregon stopped due to the lack of young men to pioneer the state. This is why there is very little land available outside of Portland and Eugene to build let alone farmland and ranchland or forestry. There is eight thousand square miles of land Oregon has locked up as well as fifty thousand federal lands and this is a great way to help young people build legacies in the state.

After eight years the state can turn over title and begin taxing the property as well as whatever business develops from the homesteads. It would become one of the best places in America to live and could have people coming from other states to homestead or buy it if it is not a first home. You could sell the land discounted to people building a second home and wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. The proper management of this land would make the environment better than it has ever been.

We are in the process of making a more advanced virtual design which you will have a better understanding of what this will look like when it is finished. This can be repeated around the state offering different themes and sizes to match the location and geography of the lands. It is time for Oregon to sell or give this land which is going to waste and waiting to burn in the next wildfire.

This is the proper way to take care of the forests and lands in Oregon. Rather than killing the forests through absolute mismanagement this is a way to bring in thousands of people willing to care for this land. This is smart land and forest management which will make the forests healthier than they ever have been.

It is also a way for towns, counties, and the state to bring revenue from lands which they are paying expensive mismanagement fees from your taxes being flushed down the drain. This is proper management rather than killing the forests by worshiping trees. This is how Forests for Oregon frees the state from the Democrat stranglehold. Why not Democrats?

Pray for Oregon
