Forests4Oregon.com rolled out of our new Super Intelligence filtering program we had developed for the GOTV effort. This is like no other targeting program which has ever been developed since it has the one thing no other program has which is simplicity of dividing up precincts. The other thing it has is a targeting engine which is extremely powerful at finding the 10% of the voters who will turn the election.
At the end of the meeting after it had been explained one of the candidates who had just opened it to look at his precinct made the comment. I just got it open, but from what I can see it is the easiest thing I have ever seen. This is way simpler than Advantage. This is exactly what we were trying to make and is how Washington County is going to be changed.
Our group has been praying for this for a few months since we have not seen anything as effective as what we had during the Light Rail campaigns. We would take voter lists from the county and load them into Excel and list them by rank of voter as well as what streets they lived on and cross it over to a map which took hundreds of hours by our mapping guys who were burned out after a couple of elections and especially during the chasing during the last weeks.
The programs that are on the market now have so many bells and whistles and geared to gathering information they have little time left for ease of use. They are apps on phones with subscriptions, and some are extremely expensive which the beauty of this program is it basically free except for the purchase of the names from the county. The apps are slow, complex to make lists and take up tons of memory in your phone. The ones I have helped people with would freeze and filled with the wrong information, so it was beyond useless, they were infuriating.
This program has searched the entire county and has found the 40,000 Repub and Non-Affiliated who are least likely to vote but can be persuaded and listed by street. You will have to use a car since it may only be one or two houses per street and in Portland per mile, but it has located all of them.
This does not sound like much but the one thing Repubs do not have is an abundance of free labor and this puts the volunteers you have in front of the right houses. We have tested it and it is spot on for getting you to the friendlies and keeping you away from the Dims. You will not waste time or as they say, you will not be confusing activity for accomplishment. Every vote you get will be one which was likely heading for the garbage can and one vote closer to winning.
This tool is Light Years ahead of what I have seen and especially the Advantage App they are trying to use now but cannot figure out how to run it. That is like having a gun with no bullets or barrel when you could be running up and down the street talking to friendlies and having fun times winning elections. This will change not only the state but county and city elections since the Dims have nothing comparable to face-to-face campaigning. They are going to use phones and apps, which has almost no affect, but doors have been shown to be 7-10 times as effective as anything else, especially now. They just need a reason to boot Gas tax Kotax.
We will begin training with it and knocking doors within days and will keep you informed on when and where.
