I called upon the Lord in distress: the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place. The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

Is making sure illegal aliens can stay in America the Dim Party’s last hurrah? What in the universe do they possibly have to offer to the working stiff? They raise his taxes so they can pay for more immigrants while sending their jobs to every dirt water location around the world. When it comes to affordability the Dumocrats have done everything they can to make this country more unaffordable than ever before.

It is time to come in with the real haymaker on affordability of houses. The forests need to be released from the Democrat lockdowns in the West. Oregon especially has the largest most productive forests in the country and between the state and feds have locked up around 60,000 square miles.

If this land were released to the lumber companies you would see the price of lumber products lower somewhere between 10-25% which could knock $20-50K off the price of a home. This is significant when you are trying to get financing for a half million-dollar house.

This would put tens of thousands of Oregonians to work from jobs now going to Canada and China. Right now, Canada is providing lots of the dimensional lumber and China is importing Oregon logs and making the entire spectrum of lumber products from plywood to timbers while Oregonians go without work. There is a moratorium on Canadian lumber as they are trying to determine who pays the 35% tariff with nobody to fill the gap.

Forests for Oregon is working on the really big lowering of home prices by having the state and Fed to let people homestead some of those 60,000 square miles to build homesteads. If you gave people a ten-acre homestead lot this would lower the cost of the house over a hundred thousand dollars.

These lands were supposed to be homesteaded to the people a hundred and fifty years ago like the rest of the country but the Fed stopped for various reasons. These reasons were primarily due to the numbers of men dying in the Civil War which does not apply to the populations of people willing to pioneer these lands now.

These pioneers could be the working class to mill, mine, and refine the resources throughout Oregon and the West. Jobs could be plentiful as well as wealth and opportunities. These men and women could harvest the trees, mine the lithium, uranium, and precious metals, and grow crops from their discounted properties waiting to be homesteaded.

If the Repubs want to be heroes of the working class and especially the rural folk who really make this country work here is your ticket. Forests for Oregon is working on a virtual layout of one of these homestead projects and is beginning to take shape. When it is fully designed it could be a model for towns across the state and the West. There are hundreds of thousands of square miles being wasted and ready for ownership to begin a mass migration of homesteaders.

While the Democrat Communist Party is looking to raise taxes to pay for the fraud and fund their laundries, President Trump and the Repubs need to offer free land. Make them the enemy of affordable housing while they cling to foreign invaders, higher taxes, and higher gas prices. Throw in the need to have men in girls locker rooms and you have the largest wipeout in American histoir.

It is time to use all of America’s resources from sea to shining sea and the Western sea has been completely ignored. Everyone loves free candy and this is free land which is available and ready to be shared. Both sides win if done right as it will be taxed for property values and for the revenue and royalties generated rather than sitting idle like it is now. Oregon could be the destination it was intended a hundred and fifty years ago.
